No 999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and No 999 ("we", "us", "the platform"). They apply to all users of no999.ws, whether you are browsing as a guest or are a registered account holder placing real money bets.

By completing the registration process on No 999, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms fully and understood their meaning.
• You accept these Terms unconditionally and without reservation.
• You agree to be bound by the most current version of these Terms, which No 999 may update from time to time.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms apply in addition to No 999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. Continued use of No 999 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

No 999 is an adults-only platform. To register and use the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. No 999 takes underage gambling seriously. Any account found to be registered by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds held in the account may be forfeited pending investigation.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on No 999. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and any bonus balances forfeited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be under a current self-exclusion arrangement on No 999 or any affiliated platform.
• Own funds: All funds deposited into your No 999 account must belong to you personally. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

To use No 999's real money features, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and current information including your mobile number, a password, and your date of birth. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your No 999 username and password. Do not share your credentials with anyone.
• All activity on your account while your credentials are logged in is your responsibility, whether or not the action was taken by you personally.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your No 999 account, contact our support team immediately via live chat or WhatsApp.
• No 999 will require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. This typically involves confirming your CNIC number and may include a brief document scan. KYC is a one-time process per account.
• No 999 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of account misuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on No 999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by No 999 at any point. The following table summarises the key payment parameters currently in effect:

• No 999 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own standard charges – these are outside No 999's control.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals to a different method may require additional verification.
• No 999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.
• Funds deposited by mistake or in error must be reported to support immediately. No 999 is not liable for deposits sent to incorrect wallet numbers where the error was made by the player.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your No 999 balance. Only cleared real money funds are freely withdrawable without wagering conditions.

No 999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. The specific multiple (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games on No 999 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live table games such as Teen Patti and Baccarat typically contribute at a lower rate than slot-style games. Contribution rates are shown in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: While a bonus is active and its wagering requirement is outstanding, No 999 may impose a maximum single-bet limit. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on a No 999 account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Forfeiture: A player may choose to forfeit an active bonus at any time via account settings. Forfeited bonuses and any associated winnings are removed. The underlying real money balance remains withdrawable.
• Referral rewards: Referral programme rewards are credited as real money and are not subject to standard wagering requirements. Referral terms are detailed on the Refer a Friend page.
• Abuse of bonuses: No 999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where there is evidence that it was claimed through fraudulent means, through duplicate accounts, or in violation of these Terms.

All games available on No 999 – including Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, Ludo, and Live Cricket betting – are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.

• Live dealer games use physical outcomes (real cards, real wheels). No 999 does not control the outcome of any live game once it has been initiated by the dealer.
• Technical faults: If a technical failure occurs during a game round and prevents a fair result from being determined, No 999 reserves the right to void all bets placed in that round and return stakes to players' accounts. This decision is final.
• Settled bets: Once a bet is settled by the No 999 system, the result is final. Disputes must be raised with support within 48 hours of the game round's settlement timestamp.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all tables and are displayed before placing a bet. Placing a bet outside these limits may result in the bet being voided.
• Cricket markets: In-play cricket betting markets are suspended automatically during critical moments (wickets, DRS reviews, rain delays). Bets accepted prior to a suspension are valid unless the match is abandoned entirely.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on No 999. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, their balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on No 999, whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or IP address.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the No 999 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics, including chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Exploiting technical errors, display bugs, or software glitches to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover a bug, you are required to report it to No 999 support immediately. Exploiting it is a breach of these Terms.
• Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification.
• Accessing No 999 using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Making abusive, threatening, or discriminatory statements toward No 999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

No 999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• These Terms have been breached in any way.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A court order or regulatory instruction requires it.
• A player has a current self-exclusion in place.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited. Where no breach is found, balances will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so through account settings or by contacting No 999 support. Any real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal to your registered payment method.

No 999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering with No 999, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

• No 999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is shared with payment processors (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.) only to the extent necessary to process your transactions.
• No 999 retains transaction records and account data for a minimum of five years in accordance with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data No 999 holds about you. Contact support@no999.ws to submit such a request.

All content on the No 999 platform – including the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and design – is the intellectual property of No 999 or its licensed game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any No 999 content without prior written consent.
• The No 999 brand name and logo may not be used in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written permission.
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from No 999 by automated means is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, No 999 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses incurred through gambling, including losses resulting from a run of bad luck, a misunderstood game rule, or a bet placed in error.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, payment gateway outages, or events beyond No 999's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

No 999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The following tools are available in every account's settings and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours as a cooling-off measure.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play to prompt you to take a break.
• Cool-off period: Pause your No 999 account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in or place bets. Your balance is preserved.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account. No 999 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from re-registering. Self-exclusion should be used when gambling is causing genuine harm.
