Go to the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number, create a password, enter your date of birth, and tick the three confirmation boxes. That is it – your No 999 account is created immediately. Full identity verification (KYC) is only required before your first withdrawal, not at registration. You can start exploring the platform as soon as you register.

No. Each person is allowed one No 999 account only. If No 999 detects multiple accounts linked to the same device, mobile number, or identity document, the duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonus balances forfeited. This rule applies across household members too – if two people in the same home register, they must use different mobile numbers and devices.

Password: Go to Account Settings after logging in and select Security. Enter your current password then your new one. If you have forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the Login page to receive a reset code by SMS.

Mobile number: Changing your registered mobile number requires identity verification. Contact No 999 support at support@no999.ws from the email address linked to your account. The team will guide you through the verified change process.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer – it is the identity verification process that confirms you are who you say you are. At No 999, KYC is required before your first withdrawal. You will need to provide a clear photo of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a selfie. The process takes a few minutes on your phone and is a one-time requirement. Once verified, you do not need to repeat it for standard future withdrawals.

To permanently close your No 999 account, go to Account Settings and select the Self-Exclusion option under the Responsible Gaming section – this permanently deactivates your account. Any real money balance at the time of closure is returned via your registered payment method. Alternatively, contact support at support@no999.ws and request account closure directly. No 999 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions are in PKR – there is no currency conversion. Easypaisa and JazzCash are the fastest options, with funds appearing in your No 999 balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed.

The minimum deposit at No 999 is Rs 200. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa and JazzCash. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. If you want to set a personal cap on how much you can deposit, use the Deposit Limit tool in your Responsible Gaming settings.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are instant – your No 999 balance updates within seconds of the payment being confirmed on the mobile wallet side. IBFT bank transfers typically take 10 to 30 minutes depending on your bank. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, check that the transaction was confirmed on your payment app, then contact No 999 support with the transaction reference number for assistance.

Common reasons for a failed deposit include: insufficient balance on your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, exceeding your wallet's daily transaction limit, entering incorrect account details, or a temporary network issue. Check your wallet balance and daily limit first. If both look fine, try the deposit again after a minute. If the issue persists, contact No 999 support via live chat and share the error message or screenshot so the team can investigate quickly.

No 999 does not charge any fee on deposits. The full amount you deposit is credited to your balance. However, your payment provider – Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank – may apply their own transaction charges as per their standard fee schedule. These are outside No 999's control. Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet-to-wallet transfers are typically free or very low cost for amounts in the deposit range most players use.

No. Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Using a family member's or friend's account for deposits creates a mismatch with your No 999 KYC details, which can result in withdrawal delays or account review. No 999's policy requires that all deposits and withdrawals pass through accounts held in the name of the registered No 999 account holder only.
Withdrawals

Log in to your No 999 account and go to the Deposit and Withdrawal section. Select Withdraw, choose Easypaisa or JazzCash as the method, enter the amount, and confirm. The funds are sent to your registered mobile wallet number. Make sure your KYC is complete before submitting a withdrawal – unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 5 minutes of approval.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes after approval. IBFT bank transfers can take between 30 minutes and a few hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the expected window, check your No 999 transaction history for the current status and contact support if it shows as pending for an unexpectedly long time.

The minimum withdrawal at No 999 is Rs 500. This ensures that small residual balances can still be withdrawn cleanly rather than being stuck below a threshold. You can withdraw your full real money balance at any time as long as it meets the Rs 500 minimum and your KYC verification is complete.

The most common reasons for a delayed withdrawal are: KYC not yet completed, a bonus wagering requirement not yet fulfilled (bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete), an account security review triggered by unusual activity, or the payment provider experiencing their own delays. Log in to your No 999 account and check the withdrawal status in Transaction History. If it shows "Under Review", contact support with the withdrawal ID and the team will update you on the reason and expected resolution time.

Withdrawals that are still in "Pending" status can be cancelled from your Transaction History page. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, it cannot be reversed. If you cancel a pending withdrawal, the funds return to your real money balance immediately and you can use them to continue playing or submit a new withdrawal at any time.

No 999 does not apply a fee to standard withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount sent to your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account. As with deposits, your payment provider may apply their own incoming transfer rules, but in practice Easypaisa and JazzCash receive these funds without a receiver fee. Check your own wallet's terms if you are unsure about incoming transaction rules on their end.

No. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement attached to that bonus has been fully completed. Before the requirement is met, bonus funds are visible in your balance but are flagged as bonus – not available for withdrawal. Once wagering is complete, the bonus converts to real money and becomes withdrawable like any other balance. You can withdraw your real money deposit at any time even while a bonus wagering requirement is still in progress.

Yes. Bonuses have an expiry date by which the wagering requirement must be completed. If you do not complete wagering within that period, the remaining bonus balance is removed from your account. The expiry date for each bonus is shown in the Bonus section of your dashboard as soon as the bonus is credited. Real money deposits are never affected by bonus expiry – only the bonus balance itself.

Referral bonuses are triggered when you make your qualifying first deposit, not at the point of registration. If you entered a valid referral code during registration and have made your first deposit, check the Bonus section of your account – the reward should appear there within a few minutes. If it has not arrived after 15 minutes, contact No 999 support with the referral code you used and your account's mobile number so the team can verify and credit it manually if needed.

A cool-off period temporarily deactivates your No 999 account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit, or bet. Your balance is preserved in full. Cool-off periods cannot be cancelled once activated. To start a cool-off, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Cool-Off Period, choose your duration, and confirm. It activates immediately.

Self-exclusion permanently closes your No 999 account. Any real money balance in your account at the time of self-exclusion is returned to your registered payment method – Easypaisa, JazzCash, or whichever method you last deposited with. The withdrawal is processed within one working day. Bonus funds that have not yet completed wagering are forfeited. Self-exclusion is not reversible.
